From day 29 onwards until 22 days before arrival: penalty of 50% of 'total amount of your stay.
From 21 days preceding the date of arrival: penalty of 100% of 'total amount of your stay.
Penalty of 100% of the total occurrence of these events: no-surrender to stay started early departure. For stays of less than 3 days we will charge the actual cost of room per day booked on a bed.The calculation of the cancellation costs bases on the deposit itself and the arrival of the cancellation at the hotel. Extra costs for the cancellation have to be paid by the customer.
The extra costs don't have to be paid if the booked room can be let to another customer.
Place of litigation is the domicile of the owners of the hotel.
