Cancellation
The costs for a cancellation of a reservation are as follows:
- no costs up to 12 weeks before arrival in the hotel
- 40% of the deposit up to 8 weeks before arrival in the hotel
- 80% of the deposit up to 4 weeks before arrival in the hotel
- 100% of the deposit under weeks before arrival in the hotel
The calculation of the cancellation costs bases on the deposit itself and the arrival of the cancellation at the hotel. Extra costs for the cancellation have to be paid by the customer.
The extra costs don't have to be paid if the booked room can be let to another customer.
Place of litigation is the domicile of the owners of the hotel.
