The cuisine is a strength of the Damanse, similar to home cooking, in terms of the selection of ingredients and the simplicity of the dishes offered, resulting in tastier and lower calorie dishes. Ruling, of course, is fish treated in a simple manner but allowing the flavor of the sea to shine through, treated with herbs and vegetables, typical of Calabrian processing. Meat, of the highest quality, cooked in traditional stews, is of course not neglected. Home-style dishes are complemented by wines, cold cuts and sliced meats produced directly by the owners themselves, thus ensuring the utmost authenticity and goodness of the ingredients. The kitchen is always ready and willing to meet culinary needs, not excluding vegetarian dishes and the needs of small clients! Thus, special menus are available for those with special dietary needs.
